RefectoCil Oxidant cream developer 100 ml

RefectoCil Oxidant 3% 10vol. Cream is used to stabilize eyebrow colors and eyelashes RefectoCil. The oxidant is mixed with the dye to achieve the desired coloring effect. 100 ml package is enough for about 150 uses. For professional use only! The eyes must be closed until completely cleaned! Use: 1) First remove make-up and degrease eyelashes and eyebrows with RefectoCil Eye Make-up Remover to get the best effect. Eyelashes and eyebrows must be perfectly clean and dry. 2) Use Aldiren Beauty & Elegance pads, apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream Tube to the lower eyelid as well as to the underside of the protective paper. Place a protective paper as close to the lashes as possible to get the color of the skin on as little as possible. 3) Mix 15 - 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream with 2 cm of paint in a plastic bowl using the included stick. 4) Apply the paint to the lashes using a RefectoCil stick or a RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush until they are completely covered with the paint. If you want to apply the color on lashes, apply it using a RefectoCil stick or a beveled RefectoCil Cosmetic Brush in the direction of hair growth. 5) Leave on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the intensity you specify. 6) Wipe off excess paint with cotton wool. If the color gets on the skin, remove it quickly with RefectoCil Tint Remover. Warning - Tint Remover must not get on the lashes or in the immediate vicinity of the eyes. 7) Gently remove the protective paper in the direction of the eye. Remove excess paint with dry cotton wool. If excess paint still remains, remove it with water and cotton wool.
